- Take three tbsp. of coconut oil.
- Add the juice of about half lemon (one-third part amount the coconut oil).
- Apply the pack to the inside part of the thighs and massage well.
- Massage for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Massaging action will help in circulating the blood on the darker areas.
- Now wash off the areas with warm water.
- Make sure for not to use soap on that areas after applying the solution.
- Do this remedy at least once a day.
Sugar, Lemon and Honey
Sugar and honey exfoliates your skin and also make it healthy. Honey works to make the skin of inner thighs healthy and on the other hand, sugar works to exfoliate the skin. Lemon is the bleaching agent that helps in lightening of the skin and reduces the dark pigmentation.
- Take one tbsp. of honey and the juice of half lemon.
- Mix the both ingredients and add one tsp of sugar crystals.
- Apply the paste to the darker areas then scrub this with the circular motions until you see the sugar residues are completely melted or disappeared.
- Allow the paste to dry and leave it for five minutes then wash with water.
- The paste is sticky in nature.
- Wash it off well with warm water.
- Use this remedy every day for a week until you get the best results.
